Admission Process

ADMISSION PROCESS:

Admission process will start from 10th December 2024 for the academic session2025-26

  1. The aspirant parents may approach the school for admission of their wards. Admission details can be obtained by phone from school office or visit the school during the working hour. Admissions for Classes Prep to XI are subject to the availability of seats against outgoing students.
  2. Office staff will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.
  3. Parents / Guardian are expected to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethics of the institution, whether it is in sync with their expectations from the school that they will choose for their child. Admissions department will present details on the infrastructure, capacity, availability of seat, values and ethics, discipline and vision of the school.
  4. The parents need to Register their ward online for admission test(Interaction for prep to two and Entrance Exam for classes 3rd to 9th & 11th )  through online mode of payment of Rs.500/-.
  5. The entrance exam will be conducted in school premises. The candidates are required to report to school at least 30 minutes before commences of exam.
  6. The entrance exam will be based on the syllabus of previous class subjects (English, Maths & EVS/Science, Maximum Marks -75,25marks each subject).
  7. Time schedule for exam: 9.30am to 11.30am.
  8. Admission in a class can be confirmed if the child found suitable through Interview/Entrance test on the basis of merit.
  9. If the child’s admission is confirmed, then the parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. The child will be met to ensure that there is no special help needed for the child in the school.
  10. All the successful candidates will be informed by E-mail/Phone/Message/School Notice Board. If selected candidates do not take admission within 10 days from the declaration of result, their admission will be cancelled

#Chinmaya Vidyalaya has right to cancel the admission if above documents are not produced at the time of Admission.
