Pallav passed out from Chinmaya Vidyalaya in 2011-12 with 10 CGPA in class X. He brought laurels for the school by qualifying National Talent Search Examination in 2011. He pursued his higher education from IIT Kanpur and is currently working with Google as a software engineer and posted in Bangalore (India).
Umashankar Prasad, a student of Class X batch of 2008 secured 358th rank in the UPSC examination. During his school years, he participated enthusiastically in every school activity and scored 94.8 percent marks. The promising student, who is targeting IAS, completed his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 2015. He was placed in a reputed company after B.Tech, but due to high aspiration, he left the job and went to Delhi to prepare for IAS.
Umashankar, who hails from Madhubani, Bihar, spoke to the teachers of the school about his success and expressed his wholehearted gratitude to Gurudev as well as his teachers. Today the whole family of our school is proud of this student's success.
Alumnus of 2011 batch pursued Degree in Mass Communication and Masters in Development Studies and is now a Development Practitioner and experience designer, passionate to build spaces to learn. She specializes in using Forum of theatre and dance movement to reimagine the learning process and rewire the routine ways of thinking, doing, and being. For her first job at Justice and Care, she designed and implemented a skill training and functional literacy program called "Foundation Course" for victims of human trafficking (14-25 years) inside women shelter homes and source trafficking areas for more than 200 girls in Delhi and Kolkata. The same course got recognized and launched by the Honorable President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind in an event at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on 8th March 2018.
CQMS Aayush Chauhan, an alumnus of the 2018-19 batch has been awarded "CM GOLD Medal 2021" for outstanding contributions in the NCC activities and a certificate of appreciation from Maj.Gen Rakesh Rana (Adg NCC Dte. UP). He is also awarded by Brigadier Ravi Kapoor (Group Commander of Lucknow) for securing 1st position in UP Dte in Inter-Group Competition and he is a peer group member of the NCC Digital Forum. At present, he is pursuing B.Sc. (Mathematics) from the University of Lucknow and is the CQMS of 64UPBN NCC, Lucknow. During his school days at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, he was elected Dy. Discipline Incharge and Discipline Incharge in Students Council of the Vidyalaya.
Aliya Bano of batch 2013 qualified UPSC Geo-Scientist Exam with All India Rank-6. She will be recruited as a Scientist in Central Ground Water Board under the Ministry Of Water Resources. In this capacity, she wishes to contribute her knowledge in every way possible to enhance the hydrogeological and geological aspects of society, our country, and the earth as a whole.
